Dan Chadbourne
Chief Engineer. Career Coach. 25 years in stationary and plant engineering.
Operator. Engineer. Chief.
Dan started on the floor as a stationary engineer at a hospital central plant and worked his way up over 25 years to Chief Engineer. He has held that title across major commercial portfolios, a college campus and a large aerospace research facility in California.
Along the way he picked up an aeronautical engineering degree from Embry-Riddle, earned his trade certifications, and spent years managing everything from hospital boiler rooms to Class A high rises to multi-building research facilities.
He coaches because the path into this trade is harder to navigate than it needs to be, and he has seen too many good people get passed over for jobs they could do in their sleep.
