- Confirm and process your booking
- Send your Google Meet link and session reminders
- Deliver receipts and any follow-up materials by email

Payment Information
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.
By completing checkout, you authorize the charge for the service you selected. Receipts are sent automatically to the email address provided at booking.

Services
Dan Chadbourne Career Coaching provides career coaching, mentorship, resume writing, cover letter writing, interview preparation, and related educational services for stationary engineers and tradespeople. All services are delivered live via Google Meet.
Our services are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, salary increases, or any specific career outcome.
Bookings and Payments
When you book a session, you agree to pay the applicable fee at checkout. Booking requires your name, email address, and payment method. Your email is used to deliver your booking confirmation, Google Meet link, and receipt.
- Payment is due at the time of booking
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are listed in US dollars
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
- When a valid promo code reduces your total to $0, no payment method is required
Cancellations and Refunds
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session or service date. This applies to all services including done-for-you resume and cover letter work, since Dan reviews your materials and prepares before the session begins.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. Once a done-for-you service has been completed and delivered, no refund is issued.
To request a refund, email dan@danchadbourne.com with your booking details. Refunds are processed through Stripe and you will receive a confirmation once issued.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and session materials — is the property of Dan Chadbourne Career Coaching and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
